Submission-specific rules:

1. We will ONLY accept new projects. 
2. We will NOT accept submission to multiple hackathons.
3. We will ONLY accept boilerplate projects IF the changes (in your own code) are significant.
4. Every member on your Devpost submission MUST be registered for the hackathon. 
5. You can ONLY work on 1 team and project for the duration of this hackathon.
